Symtom of breast cancer

 

A lump in your bosom is a mass that develops in the breast and may case some pain, Although many health campaigns encourage self-examinations, sometimes breast lumps are discovered only upon a medical physical or imaging exam. stay familiar with how your breasts usually look and feel, so they are able to quickly notice and report any changes.

 

Although breast cancer risk is related to many environmental and lifestyle factors, a person can control their risk by changing their diet. Regardless of the origin of your breast cancer, it is important to eat a healthy diet. People who choose the best diet for breast cancer will have a healthier body weight and better overall diet quality.

 

A healthy diet should include plenty of fruit and vegetables, low fat, high fiber foods, and good sources of lean protein, such as salmon, nuts, beans, and low fat cheeses. Avoiding high fat foods and eating foods high in sugar and fat may increase the risk of developing breast cancer.

In summary,  BC can be defeated with education, awareness, and early detection.
